What are your shipping rates?
Canada: Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD; $9 flat rate for everything else
USA: Free shipping on orders over $70 USD; $6.75 flat rate for everything else
International: Free shipping on orders over $200 USD; $10 - $14 flat rate for everything else (depending on weight)
How long will it take for my razor to ship?
Orders usually ship within 1 week of the order date, plus 5-10 business days in transit within Canada and the USA. Shipping times vary by region and shipping method for international customers.
What is your return policy?
Razors can be returned within 90 days from delivery if it is free from damage or wear and tear.
Once the returned item has been verified in the same condition that it was received, a refund will be processed to the payment method used.
NOTE: Due to customs regulations, we can not accept returns from outside of Canada or USA.
How do I care for my razor?
Aluminum Razors: Clean with dish soap and water. Never use bleach or vinegar as this can damage the anodized coating. Between shaves rinse, disassemble, and pat dry all 3 parts of the razor, then reassemble and store razor in a dry place until next use.
Brass Razors: Clean with dish soap and water periodically. Between shaves rinse, disassemble, pat dry, reassemble, and store in a dry place until next use. To remove any natural oxidization that forms, simply apply toothpaste, leave for 10 min, then rinse with cold water.
Stainless Steel & Titanium Razors: Clean with dish soap and water. You may add a splash of cleaning vinegar for added sterilization. Between shaves rinse, disassemble, and pat dry all 3 parts of the razor, then reassemble and store razor in a dry place until next use.
NOTE: While all of our razors are made from durable solid metals chosen specifically for their corrosion resistance, stainless steel blades can rust if left damp after use. This rust can then transfer from the blade and damage your razor. For this reason, always store your razor in a dry area after use.
What is the difference between 'Standard' and 'Plus' plate levels?
Our APEX AL6063 has a very safe and intuitive 0.7 mm gap and 0.05 mm exposure. This razor is perfect for everyone, regardless of experience level
Our Plus level razors have a more efficient 0.99 mm gap and 0.125 mm exposure. These razors are ideal for experienced shavers who are looking for a bit more efficiency.
What are the different finishes?
'Machined' finish flaunts the tool marks and patterns left by the CNC machining process and tells the exquisite and beautiful story of how it was made.
'Satin' finish uses a process called 'bead blasting' to remove all visible machine marks and produces a smooth and matte surface to the stainless steel.
'Electropolish' option employs an electrochemical process on top of the bead blasting, reducing the surface roughness and producing a more lustrous and reflective sheen.
