Refund policy
We have a 90 day return policy on all razors, which means you have 90 days after receiving your razor to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your razor must be in 'like-new' condition, free from any wear or damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and confirmation.
To start a return, you can use the Contact Form or email us at info@aylsworthrazors.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full value of the order less any non-refundable shipping or payment processing fees. Please allow 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DISCLAIMERS & EXCEPTIONS
*Returns coming from outside of North America are the sole responsibility of the customer, including all shipping, import duties, and insurance.
*We cannot accept returns for items purchased second hand or from retailers.
*Shave brushes, soaps, aftershaves, and razor blades must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused in order to be eligible for a refund.
*Razors that are lost in transit or that arrive in worn or damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
