Refund policy

We have a 90 day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in 'like-new' condition, free from any wear or damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and confirmation.

To start a return, you can use the Contact Form or email us at info@aylsworthrazors.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased second hand or from retailers.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full value of the order less any non-refundable shipping or payment processing fees. Please allow 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DISCLAIMERS & EXCEPTIONS

Returns coming from outside of North America are the sole responsibility of the customer, including all shipping, import duties, and insurance. 

Items that are lost in transit or that arrive in worn or damaged condition will be ineligible for a refund
