Shipping policy
- Orders ship within 5 days of purchase via the shipping method selected at checkout.
- After shipping, orders normally arrive within 5-10 business days for North America, and 15-20 business days for International.
- All outbound shipments are tracked and insured against loss.
- Free Shipping and Low Flat Rate shipping options in Canada or USA are via our aggregate shipping provider and vary by region. Carrier Calculated Rates are available at additional cost for expedited shipping needs
- International orders use a Discounted Flat Rate by weight. Some regions may be excluded from Free or Discounted Flat Rate shipping. Standard Carrier Calculated Rates will be available instead.
- Shipments outside of Canada and USA may be subject to import taxes or duties. It is the responsibility of the importer to know the import tax law of the region they are importing to, and pay any import taxes or duties owing.
