Cancellation Policy:

Canada/ USA: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 4% restocking fee plus real shipping costs.

EU:  Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after receiving the product. Orders that are cancelled after they have shipped must follow the Withdrawal/ Cancellation process to receive a refund. 

UK/ Asia: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. 

Return Policy: 

Canada/ USA: Razors may be returned for a refund within 90 days of delivery if they are in like-new condition and free from wear or damage. Return shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable. For detailed instructions please refer to our Refund policy. 

EU: Orders may be cancelled and returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery by initiating a Withdrawal/ Cancellation request (Shave soap, aftershave splash, and shave brushes excluded). Razors may be returned for a refund within 90 days of delivery if they are in like-new condition and free from wear or damage.
